Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must:

* Be unworn and unused
* Be returned in original packaging
* Include all certificates/cards provided
* Show no signs of damage or wear

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and studs cannot be returned unless faulty.

Sale items and promotional purchases may not be eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend tracked shipping for all returns.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability.
